1. Service Cancellations

  • For one-time services (e.g., ad campaigns, graphics, website development), cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the project has been initiated, research has been conducted, or resources allocated, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • For monthly/recurring services (e.g., social media management, ad management), cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • If services have not yet been initiated and cancellation is requested within 24 hours.
  • If there is a technical issue with a software/tool (like WhatsApp Bulk Sender) that prevents its use and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 working days.
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to reasons solely attributable to Koshik Marketing.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already delivered or partially completed.
  • Customized solutions (e.g., website development, ad creatives) once work has started.
  • Any third-party expenses (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads credits, domain/hosting purchases) as these are billed directly by the respective platforms/providers.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For certain cases, we may issue store credit which can be used against future services at Koshik Marketing.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ad campaigns (as ad spend is paid directly to the platform).
  • Website/domain/hosting registrations or renewals.
  • Completed graphic designs, videos, or delivered digital files.
  • Training or consultation sessions once conducted.
