- All designs, strategies, and marketing materials created by Koshik Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After payment, the client receives rights to use the materials for their business purposes.
- You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our software, strategies, or proprietary materials without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Koshik Marketing is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, leads, ranking) as outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control (market conditions, platform policies, competition, etc.).
- Use of third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, etc.) is subject to their own terms and policies.
